Well, I knew it was going to happen and it did. I didnt lose any weight this week. (I didnt gain either) But it is my own fault for eating like a cow this weekend. But , I am still down almost 6lbs since I started actively trying to lose weight this new year and that isnt bad. So, I am back on the wagon and have added the exercise back in. So, here's to next week! It will be a good weigh-in!

So, to everyone trying to lose weight, stay strong when you have a mess-up! Don't give up!!
