Terriffic Tuesday

Ahh Tuesday... It is snowing, again. We have a couple inches already.. I need WARM weather!

Well, my food was good today.. And I did a 40 minute fat burn yoga routine, an ab workout and upper leg. So, in total about an hour and 15 minutes. Tomorrow is my weigh-in, so hopefully I will see some results. I am not expecting much because I fell off the wagon this weekend. But I found some pics from a year ago as I was cleaning out my closets and I was FAT. So, I have my motivation now in print. I never want to look like that again, and I want to reach this goal I have set for myself.

Now a question for you! My mother "strongly suggested" that I cut my hair and I did. But, I hate it! It has grown back a little, but with all the weddings I am in this Spring/Summer, I would love my long hair back. Has anyone had luck with a vitamin or any other tricks?? Let me know!!

Think good thoughts for my morning weigh-in!

  1. Good luck with the weigh in. I have been on weight watchers for years. Keep up the good work. Check out my blog www.preppy50andlovinglilly.blogspot.com

  2. This is random, I just posted about my own hair growing situation! I use Kerastase hair conditioner masks and they do wonders. Keeping your hair healthy so that it doesn't break is the key to growing it out. As far as vitamins, as long as you eat healthy, your hair will be as well. Good luck sweetie, happy hair growing! =)

  3. If you are the kind of person that takes a one a day vitamin, you should just switch to a prenatal vitamin. It will do wonders for your hair and nails. My OB suggested that I take them instead of my regular one a day just because over all they are better for women anyway. My mom and my cousin are both taking them in place of their one a day and their hair and nails are growing so much faster. Vitamins don't hurt, so why not give it a try. You know it's not going to make your hair stop growing. :)
